Note that you must apply first and California Design Den will invite 150 listings to participate. You will be notified by August 22. The product and shipping is completely free. Shipping will occur mid-September.

   One order includes 3 sets of sheets for one bed so the sets can be rotated, allowing for for one set on the bed, one backup and one to be washed.

3. Participating hosts will also be auto enrolled into the linen VIP free membership  (bulk/trade account) if you would like to purchase additional sheets. Note that this does include email communication from California Design Den. Benefits include:

Qualifications:

1. If you have multiple properties, only apply with your top five (5) due to limited quantity available. DO NOT apply with more properties because we only have 150 spots available.
2. Properties must be located in the 48 contiguous United States (Hawaii and Alaska excluded)
3. Short term and Mid-term properties are both eligible.
4. No P.O. boxes allowed for shipping address.

Host Requirements:

1. Only use these sheets on the primary bed until sheets are no longer usable.
   
2. Place marketing stand next to bed and take at least three (3) photos. Feel free to use props and get creative.
3. Complete the host feedback survey and upload photos through the UpClose website. Deadline to submit: December 15, 2025.
4. Optional Bonus: If you have social media, please post with the hashtag #CDDonVacay and tag @californiadesignden and @upclosemarketing. Please take a screenshot of posts and submit through the website as well.

How to Apply:

Select your listing(s) from the drop down and click "Apply" by end of day August 17th. That's it! If accepted, you will receive an invitation by August 22nd with instructions about how to order. At that time you will select your bed size. Keep in mind that one (1) order will represent 3 sets of sheets, so you will only see a quantity of one when you checkout.
