      What will I receive?

      1. 360 K-Cups of ONE brand (randomly selected) from Maxwell House® or Gevalia®. Samples are intended to last approximately 3.75 months. Variety of below flavors will be sent:
        • Gevalia Colombia - Picked from rich soil high in the Colombian countryside, our bright roast is exceptionally smooth
        • Gevalia House Blend - A smooth, balanced medium roast with subtle hints of caramel and citrus
        • Gevalia Signature Blend - A perfectly balance mild roast with a light body and a crisp, smooth finish
        • Gevalia Dark Royal - A bold yet surprisingly uplifting roast with pleasant cocoa notes and a rich flavor
        • Maxwell House Original Roast - Smooth and rich
        • Maxwell House Breakfast Blend - Bright and flavorful
        • Maxwell House Dark Silk - Rich and full-bodied
      1. One (1) 5"x7" acrylic sign to display with guest samples for every booking.
      2. 25 postcards (1 per guest party) with a guest invitation to share their feedback to earn a $10 Amazon eGift card for the first 300 guests. Once the survey has been filled, hosts will be notified and any remaining postcards can be recycled.

      Qualifications:

      1. You MUST have a coffee machine that accepts K-Cups.
      2. Properties must be located in ski or outdoor mountain activity areas within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
      3. Both short-term and mid-term rental properties are eligible. For MTRs, estimate the quantity that makes the most sense based on your occupancy. Add the appropriate number of properties, then distribute the samples across all your eligible listings. For example, if you have 6 MTRs, you might add just one property at checkout. You’ll then receive 360 pods to share across all 6 properties.
      4. No P.O. boxes allowed for shipping address.

      Host Requirements

      1. Remove all other coffee you may normally provide to guests in your vacation home while distributing these samples.
      2. For each booking, place four (4) k-cups in a variety of flavors per guest on the kitchen counter next to the coffee maker with the acrylic sign and 1 post card. 
      3. Stage samples with related coffee props and take at least three (3) photos.
      4. Complete the host feedback survey and upload photos to the provided URL found with your shipment. To show our appreciation, we will be awarding five (5) different hosts each with a $50 Amazon eGift Card for our favorite staged photos or social posts. Due by December 1, 2025.

      How to Order:

      Select your listing(s) from the drop down and click "Apply". Complete the checkout process with your shipping address (no P.O. Boxes) and you will receive a confirmation via email. For multiple addresses, select the appropriate listings that can ship together and checkout. Then return to select the other listings and checkout with a different address.

      For property managers, you may add up to 100 total listings. If you need help ordering, contact us.

      Please note that your order will automatically be cancelled if your property is not located in a ski or mountain location, and/or if your listing link is not working.
